Plugin not working, possible theme conflict maybe?

I’m trying to get this to give a horizontal scroll on this website http://www.5creativeangels.co.uk/

But it’s not working. I’ve followed the steps required and I’m 100% sure that I’ve done everything right but still no joy.

Do you know if there is a conflict with the Divi theme?
