# Plugin not working proper

 * Hi,
    I’m able to see the visitor data and also the number of visits with a completed
   purchase coming through. But I don’t see the number of transactions, product 
   details and the Sales in €.
 * Other than adding the plugin and enabling enhanced ecommerce tracking is there
   anything more required?

 * Hi flipstar99,
 * We did a quick check of your store and found that you have not enabled the “Add
   UA tracking code” option from our plugin settings page. Can you please confirm
   the same? Also we request you to provide us the view level access of your GA 
   account to analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com to troubleshoot the issue further.
