# Plugin not working properly

   it’s keeps on searching rotating but can’t connect to merchant Center

 * If you cannot connect to Merchant Center, we would need a bit more context to
   discover what is going on. In this case, kindly provide us with your debug logs
   for **Google Listings & Ads**.
 * Please go to `WooCommerce → Status → Logs`. In the dropdown menu look for any
   logs where the name begins with **google-listings-and-ads**, and press the **
   View** button.

 * Yes I used test link then disconnected & again connected back now it’s working
   thanks.But don’t know how long it will work

 * That’s great that it’s working now! Happy that adjustment was able to get things
   sorted.
 * If you do experience the connection is no longer available, please send over 
   those logs mentioned by my colleague, and that’ll give us a better idea as to
   what may be going on. But, I’m hopeful that things continue functioning as they
   should.
