 * I have installed this plugin but it’s not displaying as in the pictures…

 * The steps I did are:
    Installed the plugin Activated copied “[tracking-form]”
   to a page. done.
 * Can someone help me?

 * I think that the bottom of the text is just being hidden. Can you post a link
   to the page? I think a line or two of CSS would fix the problem, and I’d be happy
   to figure out what needs to be added.

    I installed this plugin too. Sending email function works fine. I can
   see a order # there. But it can’t search the order number. Please take a look

 * I’m having the same problem of submitting an order number and not getting a result.
   
   Order number is: cb1001 Sample page: [Click](http://www.neocartimplant.com/print-orders).
   Password is “printing” – (no quotes).

 * Hi All,
 * Can you check what the “Email Confirmation” is set to on the “Options” page? 
   It should be set to either “No” or “User Entered”, unless you’re using a user
   management plugin. That seemed to be the problem on kujhoon’s site.
