    Hi,

    After migrating my website to a new server, I’m encountering an issue with the plugin.

    The slider is no longer displaying correctly on the front end, and in the admin dashboard, I’m unable to save any changes, I tried duplicating it but even when saving changes it doesn’t display properly on the front end. Clicking “Save” does not appear to have any effect.

    I’d appreciate your help in identifying what might be causing this.

    Hi, I hope you’re doing well.

    Under normal circumstances, migrating a website doesn’t affect Depicter’s performance or your sliders. However, as I’m sure you know, certain things like URLs, media files, and other elements change after a migration, and this can be the source of the problem. 

    Please export your slider and send us the ZIP file here so we can take a look at it.
