 * Im on a windows machine running XAMPP and after i install the plugin on the plugin
   setting page this shows up. I created the localhost:90-settings.dat in the respective
   folder and gave it security permissions for everyone to full control. Still this
   shows up and I am unable to use this plugin.
 * I looked at the 2 posts that match my problem, but both were closed without any
   replies.
 * Settings file does not exist. You will need to manually create this file by using
   these commands:
    mkdir D:\xampp\htdocs\crestintranet\wp-content\plugins\combine-
   js/tmp/localhost:90-settings.dat; chmod 666 D:\xampp\htdocs\crestintranet\wp-
   content\plugins\combine-js/tmp/localhost:90-settings.dat;

 * Hello,
 * I haven’t used the plugin on Windows running XAMPP. I may be able to try it out
   in the next few weeks. I suspect that the is_writable function returns false
   for the path to the settings file. I will keep this open and let you know when
   I have a version to test. Would you be willing to help me test this out?
 * Thanks,
 * Tim

 * Thanks Tim for looking into it and will surely work with you on this.
 * One thing however I noticed is that when I look for the .dat file in the folder
   its missing but when I paste the entire folder path from the settings view in
   the explorer bar it shows some json of whats stored. So might be a windows thing
   but would be great if we can resolve this together.
