# Plugin not working when logged out

 * Hi Team,
 * I have tried around 100 of popup plugins on my Website. All are working only 
   in Admin section (while I am logged in ). Changes (pop up) are no visible to 
   public or when I logged off.
 * I cleared all cache but to no avail.
 * Please suggest what should I do.
