 * After the recent update the plugin gives me the error of no shipping methods 
   available.

 * Hi David,
 * I didn’t fix it. Support told me they fixed it by deactivating a setting in another
   plugin called: advanced free shipping. The setting was to hide other shipping
   methods if free shipping is available. Even though they said it fixed it, it 
   didn’t.

 * It works great for me.
