Can you provide a screenshot please? Are you sure it’s the simple firewall plugin causing it?
I think so, the notice is styled just like the other notices from Simple Firewall.
Here is the screenshot: Screenshot on Dropbox
I don’t think it’s a deal breaker, the plugin works wonders and so far in my own tests I haven’t been able to bypass it.

Curious indeed. I’ll take a look and see if I can figure it out. Thanks for reporting it.
May I ask since you’ve found the plugin up to task, could you leave us a review? 🙂
Done for the review. And I hope you find the cause. It’s very platform specific as I have not found the issue from my computer.
Probably the way IOS handles things?

I’ve dug into the source and I can find no string with ‘deleted’ in any form that would be passed to a notice. It’s really quite odd and especially so since it’s just a single word and only appears on iOS. I can’t explain it…
Not sure… I can give you access if you wish.
Do you think it may be a plugin conflict?

Rules are that I’m not supposed to get site access. I have to direct the troubleshooting 😉
Could I ask you to rule out other plugins by disabling one at a time and seeing whether it has an effect?
Disabled all plugins and switched to the wordpress default theme. And… nothing. The notice is still there.
I checked the source code from my pc and I find no string saying deleted. It only shows on my iPad.
I’m starting to think this has something to do with planetary alignment or something.
