 * Hi its taking 4 seconds per page load. I’m using wp-cache so thats ok in away
   because I’m serving cached pages.
 * But what I’d like to do is to move my 6 or so plugins onto one file, place it
in wp-includes, and then maybe call these plugins through the settings.
 * My understanding is that this would save on database queries.
 * Is this correct and how would one go about it?
 * I’ve crashed my server several times this year due to the load so any suggestions
   would be greatly appreciated.

 * No it will not, the number of database queries will be the same.
