 * The screenshots show a plugin options screen, but I cannot find plugin options
   anywhere on my installation of WordPress: no Settings link next to WP Review 
   on the plugins page, nothing in or under the settings menu in the admin sidebar.
 * Plugins: Akismet, Amazon S3 and Cloudfront (dependency: Amazon Web Services),
   custom plugin, Pinterest Pin It Button Lite, Polylang, Print Friendly and PDF,
   WP SendGrid.
