# Plugin-options not visible

 * Hi,
    just installed and activated your plugin for my adopted theme of Twenty 
   Twenty-One (latest WP version). But the options of the plugin are not shown in
   the Customizer, only the default ones of the theme: [https://abload.de/img/2021-12-28_shot_002b0jh3.png](https://abload.de/img/2021-12-28_shot_002b0jh3.png)
 * What could be the reason?

 * Hi,
 * The plugin looks for an active theme that is either “twentytwentyone” or a child
   theme of “twentytwentyone”.
 * If you are running a copy of the theme and it doesn’t return (isn’t called) “
   twentytwentyone” when you run `get_template()` then this plugin won’t work for
   you.
 * To fix this issue (if you really need to make changes to the theme files) then
   we would suggest instead using a child theme.
