 * Hi Jeff,
 * Previously, each other plugins new version update, the W3TC will asked to clear
   page cache, after cleared page cache the PO plugin order will reload back the
   SAVED version of plugin order.
 * Recently, after cleared W3TC page cache, will not reload back plugin order automatically,
   that caused some of the widget (target URL to shown or hide with plugin) not
   worked well. To solved this, I need browse to “installed plugin” section, if
   PO plugin order was a-z ascending, I need to refresh/reload page (installed plugin
   section), the W3TC will asked you clear page cache AGAIN, then the problems will
   solved & the widget will function well.
 * Any advise?

 * W3TC doesn’t work well with this plugin. You should clear your W3TC cache after
   making any changes.

 * After updating a plugin you go to a different page where your plugin order is
   not reflected. To see the order you need to click the plugins link in the admin
   again and return to the main plugins page.
