 * I’m not quite sure how this happened, so I can’t go through the steps of replicating
   it.
 * My issue is this. When I’m in the admin are and I click on the Plugins link in
   the menu I’m greeted with an empty page as you can see in the image below.
 * You can see that plugins are installed, it’s just when I go to the plugins page
   it’s empty.
 * It’s not only me, a second admin on the same site has the same issue.
 * Could anyone help me figure out what’s going on here?

 * Have you tried:
    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well
   as server and/or [browser caches](http://www.refreshyourcache.com/). Not just
   your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well [such as Cloudflare](https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169246-How-do-I-purge-my-cache-).
   That will solve many weird JavaScript issues. – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins
   temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere).
   If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic
   plugin(s). – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients). Also remember to deactivate
   any plugins in the mu-plugins folder (if you have created such folder). The easiest
   way is to rename that folder to mu-plugins-old. – switching to the unedited default
   Theme (Twenty Sixteen) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-
   specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Thank you for your reply Tara, your third suggestion solved the issue for me.
 * Have a good day.
