# Plugin page on wp-admin has CSS compatibility issue

 * I appear to be experiencing a CSS conflict on the wp-admin page for the SG Optimizer
   plugin, which causes the icon text for various icons to show up visibly, making
   the plugin hard to use.
 * See example screenshots here (Page-Dashboard.png and Page-Environment.png):

 * The issue appears to be caused by CSS interaction with the CSS included with
   the plugin “MEKS-Flexible-Shortcodes”, specifically `simple-line-icons.css`.
   See some additional screenshots above.
 * Could this be fixed somehow?

 * Hello [@shu93129](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shu93129/) ,
 * I am not observing this issue in a fresh instance of WordPress + SiteGround Optimizer.
   Therefore, this is not a general issue but something specific for your installation.
   Most probably, there is another plugin or theme which is causing this. Try the
   following:
 * – clear all caches: Your browser cache, the cache of the Optimizer plugin, the
   CloudFlare cache (if you are using the service), the cache generated by any third
   party plugins or themes;
    – load the admin panel in another browser; – try changing
   the theme to one of the default themes in WordPress, clear caches again and test
   again; – if the issue is fixed, try disabling the plugins in your site one by
   one , then flush caches and reload the admin panel again until you identify the
   problematic plugin.

 * Yes, as I mentioned, it is a plugin compatibility issue – specifically with the
   plugin MEKS-Flexible-Shortcodes

 * Thank you for the clarification. The issue is not caused by our plugin, but because
   of the CSS Style structures which Meks Flexible Shortcodes
    is adding to the
   site. The syle classes should be straightened by the developers of Meks Flexible
   Shortcodes instead and I would advise you to take the issue to their attention.
   Looking at their CSS, I could suppose hat their plugin has such style incompatibilities
   with many other plugins and themes also. Despite of this, I reported the issue
   to our developers, however, I can not guarantee if any fixes would be applied
   on our end, since we had not received any other notification of other users using
   this particular plugin along with ours.
 * Best regards,
