 * Activating the plugin ‘Page Theme’ on live site is working.
 * Activating the plugin ‘Page Theme’ on localhost is not working.
    The problem :
   looking the ‘pages > all pages’ in WordPress administrator then the columb ‘Theme’
   is NOT there.
 * How to fix that?
