# [Plugin: papercite] Rendering Issues

 * [Posted](http://lar.me/11l) some required readings using Papercite. Several things
   are strange.
    - The `mla` format causes a large number of warnings: `Warning: array_shift()[
      function.array-shift]: The argument should be an array in …/wp-content/plugins/
      papercite/bib2tpl/bib2tpl-entry.php on line 125`
    - In `bibshow`, reference numbers skip, from 10 to 20. Even when references 
      change, it doesn’t display reference numbers 11–19.
    - In most citation formats I’ve tried, items of the `inbook` or `incollection`
      types only show the title, not the booktitle. They also contain no link, even
      when the `Url` field has content.
 * I also had issues with uppercase characters in citekeys and filenames, but I 
   was able to fix those.
 * The references I use are on [CiteULike](http://lar.me/11m). The same issues happen
   with a local file.
