# [Plugin: Participants Database] Cannot submit

 * I’ve updated to the latest version of PD and now my users cannot submit the forms.
   When I try it. the submit button gets shaded but doesn’t go anywhere.
 * I’ve tried deactivating and activating.

 * Actually, I am seeing it…it affects all webkit browsers. I’ve uploaded the fix…
   will release an upgrade soon.

 * Hmm I’ve updated to the latest update of Version 1.3.5, however when I submit
   something it doesn’t get inserted into the database, and it doesn’t send a confirmation
   of any kind. It seems as though the page refreshes but with the input data still
   intact.

 * This is probably because you’re using the same email to test your form and you
   have “don’t allow duplicate emails” set in your settings. There is also a session
   lockout to prevent duplicate submissions…I was getting a lot of complaints about
   that. Try your tests with different data each time, that’s more like what your
   users will be doing.
