 * This plugin is a big step forward from other similar ones.
 * I need to have two slightly different input forms (one a subset of the other).
   I can live with one database but two are okay also if necessary. Is this possible
   using shortcodes?

 * jstorck,
 * No, the plugin is not set up for multiple forms or databases, it’s something
   I’m working on adding, but it’s not possible now.

 * After three weeks of working with it, I am still extremely happy with this plugin.
 * For enabling different input forms, even if you only add the feature to specify
   fields for input in the [pdb_signup] shortcode (as you have done for [pdb_list
   fields=” … “]), that would very helpful.

 * jstorck,
 * Thanks for the suggestion… it’s a good one.
 * I am actually working on a new release of the plugin that includes a template
   for the signup form. It will be possible to have different forms appear on different
   pages either by using a different template, or by having the template modify
   the output of the form according to which page it’s on.
