# plugin paypal IPN script giving 404 error

 * ive been running a plugin which worked fine, but now i see it is giving a 404
   page error, and other php file in the plugin directory which would be accessed
   directly is also giving 404 errors
 * all php files giving 404, but css and js are ok.!!!
 * is this something new in wordpress 3.0?
 * is there any solution?
