 * I’ve run the P3 Plugin Profiler and gives me the following details. I’ve highlighted
   the most demanding plugins, with qtml being number one.

 * It might help if you can provide a more detailed report of specific function 
   calls that take a long time, and test for differences between pre-path and query-
   mode.
 * The plugin itself was coded and is still maintained in my spare time, so any 
   help is appreciated. Feel free to send pull requests on GitHub.
 * With that said, (m)qTranslate is a hog by nature, due to all the preg and str_replace
   calls. This plugin simply forces (m)qTranslate to do additional work in order
   to translate product attributes, filter URLs, etc. I have tested using XDEBUG
   and don’t see any major slowdowns in a moderately heavy website.
