# [Plugin: Permalink Editor] Non latin characters problems

 * When converting non latin characters.
    The plugin make the characters lowercase.
   Please tell me how to make it always uppercase.
 * example:
 * %d7%94%d7%96%d7%9e%d7%a0%d7%94-%d7%9c%d7%97%d7%aa%d7%95%d7%a0%d7%94.html
 * SHOULD BE:
    %D7%94%D7%96%D7%9E%D7%A0%D7%94-%D7%9C%D7%97%D7%AA%D7%95%D7%A0%D7%
   94.html

 * There is some additional support for non latin chars in the latest version (0.2.12),
   however only minimal testing has been performed.
 * This version should solve a number of problems, including the one described here(
   however it will not be url encoded any longer and will look like “הזמנה-לחתונה.
   html”.
