 * This is an amazing plugin! It does a great job and I’m so glad I found it.
 * Is there a way to correct a redirect if it picks the wrong page to redirect too?
   I have one that’s wrong and I’d like to be able to tell it which post to use 
   instead.

 * I need a solution to this as well. If it redirects to the wrong page, how can
   I delete that redirect?

 * I will see if I can add an override list. There are several permalink fixers 
   that do this already. I will download a couple and see how they do it. If I can
   improve on them, I will add this as a feature on the next release.
