 * One problem with this plugin. It does the same thing as the Permalink Redirect
   plug-in, but that prevents Google Analytics from tracking paid traffic The test
   for whether or not a site will allow GA to track paid (PPC) traffic is if you
   append ?gclid=Test123 at the end of a URL and hit return. If the argument stays,
   then something called ‘destination URL’ is in places. This should be fixed. You
