# Plugin Permissions Trouble

 * I’m running the “Social Stickers” Plugin for my page. It worked fine when editing
   in localhost, but now I’m unable to change only the network settings. So, when
   I change the appearance, it works fine. But when I try to change the URL of my
   Facebook sticker, for example, it gives me this:
 * **You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options-general.php on this server.**
 * There’s a fair amount of code in the file so I won’t take up space unnecessarily,
   but I am more than willing to post portions or the entire thing if someone can
   help me with this problem. Thanks!

 * It is a 403 Error, if that helps.
