 * Is there a way to edit the widget so that it a.) it has a header to match the
   rest of our sidebar widgets, and b.) include additional information below the
   chat graphic (ie. link to a page with other contact options)?

 * Ended up not using the plugin and pasting the code into a widget. I’d already
   enabled php in the sidebar for another feature.
