# [Plugin: Plugin Commander] Doesn't fire deactivation hooks

 * deactivate_plugin hooks ARE fired when you deactivate the plugin from wp-admin/
   plugins.php, but NOT from wp-admin/edit.php?page=Plugins
 * this feels inconsistent, and should probably fire when deactivated through either
   method.
 * (I admittedly did not test activation hooks)
 * WP 3.0.3 multisite (from WPMU upgrade)
