# [Plugin: Post Snippets] No insert windows opens

 * I just installed the plugin and added this snippet

   width=”468″ height=”60″ scrolling=”no” marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ border
   =”0″ frameborder=”0″ style=”border:none;”></iframe>
 * I created a test post and there are two problems.
    First the plugin icon in the
   toolbar is broken. Second, when I click on it no window is shown.
 * What could it be?

 * I tested the snippet you posted and everything worked fine. So to be able to 
   give you an idea of what the problem might be, I’d need to know a bit more about
   your environment, like WordPress version and other things that might be relevant.

 * Thank you for the quick answer. At the next login the plugin worked correctly.
