 * Sorry for the late response.
 * Not sure if you’re still needing help with this problem, but by the looks for
   the image you’ve posted, it looks to be conflicting CSS from the theme or a plugin.
 * I’d ideally need to see the site in question, or know more about how you’re configuring
   the plugin, please.
