Plugin Prevents Full-Width Blocks in Editor

Unsure if this is a bug or intended behaviour, but this plugin is causing issues with the editor width by overriding what should be “full width” blocks
The following screenshots were taken on a clean WP install (no other plugins), version 5.6 with PublishPress 2.5.3 default settings, TwentyTwenty theme (latest). In all screenshots the Image block is set to “full-width”, with a default align left Paragraph below.
With PublishPress blocks disabled:

All three “Editor Width” settings are varying levels of incorrect. i.e. the “full-width” image block no longer fills the editor width, regardless of which settings is chosen:
