 * after using the free version and the menu totally disappeared, i then wasted
another $45+ AUD to get the pro version.
this turned out to be less options
and also did nothing to fix the error. i restored the site and again ran the
plugin, still not saying it was pro, and to no surprise the menu was lost again..
i sent a support request hours ago marked as urgent but no response to date.
I would be vary wary of using this plugin on anything… and dont buy the pro version
as it states that all sales are final, so i guess no refund for a useless plugin..
   lesson learnt.

 * Good Morning,
Sometimes it can be difficult to get support at 5:45 am on a Saturday.
It’s interesting though because you are the second person this month to expect
that we are staffed 24×7 add will respond within an hour in the middle of the
night. I would love to know which plugin developer offers this level of support?
 * That being said, you will need both versions of the plugin active to have the
pro functionality. If you are not seeing any change in the admin, you likely
only have the basic version active. It should be obvious.
 * Also, what are you using for your menus? The standard WordPress menus don’t require
   the pro version.

 * i am using the menu that comes with the theme. editable through the standard
   wordpress themes.
i had both free version AND pro version installed, but the
plugin did not say pro. the theme is visualmodo.com theme of stream. this does
not explain why the free version lost my menu, and now after restoring the 2nd
time the entire website is trashed. the databse i am guessing is trashed because
no pages have any content, the front page built with the page builder has nothing
but a set of dots down the page, no content. all internal pages are trashed as
well. your plugin did it, they were working perfectly prior to the use of yoyur
plugin. here is the url with the result of your plugin: [http://blackgoldcarpetcleaning.com.au/new](http://blackgoldcarpetcleaning.com.au/new)

 * Unfortunately, I am unable to get a copy of theme because it is a premium theme.

I suggest restoring your site to the backup you made before you ran the free
version. You may then send me a copy of the working database and a copy of the
broken one so I can see where it went wrong.
 * It looks like the theme probably has it’s own data structure for menus which
may not be updated with the free version. The Pro version should be able to handle
it unless they are doing something really crazy. I can tell if it will work if
   you send me the copies.

 * that’s just it, i have already restored the website, but the database was so
badly damaged it is unusable at all. your plugin did this!
    the pro version does
not say pro, it also has less options than the free version, which it needs.
probably due to the fact that the free version had already broken the database
when i installed it…. it also then gave me errors in the post table, it shows
menu items, but not on the website. hard to understand how changing a url can
trash a whole database unless your plugin has done it. i have done this many
times and done manually, i was only being lazy this time by using a plugin.
 * i want a full refund, i dont care what your email says about all sales are final.
i had a perfectly good website, ran your plugin, now i have a piece of rubbish
which has to be deleted and completely rebuilt. if there was a way to make you
pay for the damage i would.

 * Now is resolved.
Paypal dispute found in our favor. see below: “We’re happy
to let you know that we’ve now completed our review and have decided Case PP-
005-281-030-574 in your favour.” buyers be very aware with this plugin, it will
   trash your website database.

 * As this is for a “pro” version dispute I’m closing this topic. The author isn’t
allowed to use these forums for anything “pro” related.
