    What to do so that the indentation between the fields is not so large?(

 * That happens when code tags are copied/pasted along with the shortcode. So to
   fix, find the shortcode that displays the form, view in plain-text mode (not 
   RTE/Visual), and then make sure there are no code tags surrounding the shortcode.
