# Plugin problem – ocean Extra

   Problem: Ocean extra i am building the website for the last 1 week, however, 
   2 days back the site, the wordpress admin started to get stuck in loading forever
   and being not responsive. after trying all posibilities, including the modification
   of config file, increasing the memory to 512 and eventually contacting godaddy
   hosting they identified the problem with the plug in Ocean Extra.
 * i deactivated the plug in and all is fine for a while, now the problem seems 
   to happen again, the problem is
 * options i am open for
    1- if there’s a way to resolve the issue then great 2-
   if there’s an alternative for ocean extra then no problem.

 * Try to follow the below steps and check it fixes the issue or not.
    1. Update
   PHP version if it is not PHP7 2. Disable all plugins except Ocean Extra and check
   it works or not 3. Update all the plugins and theme to the latest version

 * After going back and forth the problem turned to be an error in the corn file,
   i had to disable it and scheduled corn activities through the Cpanel.
