 * Hi good afternoon , I am trying to use SMS widget plugin and I can not make it
   work. I put the code as I have set up and gives me error . The page where I put
   the code is

 * I talked to [http://www.telecomscloud.com](http://www.telecomscloud.com) and 
   I have sent ticket and tell me which in turn is all ok and have the account set
   correctly. That I can be doing wrong ??? Thank you

 * Thanks for using my plugin, and sorry to hear you’re having problems. I’m sure
   I’ll be able to help you sort the issue quickly. Could you confirm:
 * 1) In the plugin settings, do you successfully see your Telecoms Cloud account
   details like username, email address and account balance?
 * 2) What number are you sending the SMS from? (the “fromnumber” value). Do you
   have a Telecoms Cloud number that you’re sending from, or are you using the default
   number from your “API Settings” page on their website?
 * 3) Can you confirm the exact shortcode you’ve entered onto your page?
