# Plugin Profile image not displaying

 * Hello – The ultimate plugin is not displaying user profile pictures and it also
   said “false” under each name on the directory with all listed members. How can
   this be fixed?

 * Please make sure that you have not set members as a child page.
    You can also
   try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme
   or one of your plugins. Here is the [doc on how to do a conflict test](https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test)
   if you are not sure how to do it.
