# [Plugin: PulseMaps Visitor Map Plugin] Blank screen

 * When I click on the settings button in pulsemaps I get the correct screen for
   about a second before it then goes blank.
    It does this on 2 separate websites.

 * First of all, sorry for the delay in answering!
 * To investigate this issue, we’d need the following info:
    - WordPress version
    - PulseMaps plugin version
    - Other plugins and their versions
    - The browser and OS you’re using
 * Also, does the **entire** screen go blank, or just part of it? Which part? A

   and we’ll do whatever we can to figure this out.
