 * I would back up everything before using.
 * the plugin adds 2 files…
    1. In /wp-admin/**user-edit.php** 2. In /wp-admin/**
   user-new.php**
 * and destroys….
    3. In /wp-admin/includes/**template.php**
 * just remove the plugin folder, the top 2 files and replace the template file 
   with the original file that came with your wordpress installation.
