# [Plugin: Q and A] Recurring 404 errors after disabling plugin

 * I had to disable the Q&A plugin due to a conflict with the L2G plugin (like2get).
 * However, since I turned off the FAQs I’m receiving numerous error messages. Here
   the text of the error:-
 * A user tried to go to [http://www.domain.com/wp-content/plugins/q-and-a/q-and-a.css?ver=0.2.7](http://www.domain.com/wp-content/plugins/q-and-a/q-and-a.css?ver=0.2.7)
   and received a 404 (page not found) error.
 * Please would you advise where the faulty code may be hidden, and what I need 
   to do?

 * Hi there,
    If you’ve disabled the plugin, make sure you clear your cache, too.
   If you’ve deactivated the plugin, those links will no longer be anywhere in your
   site source, and if you completely delete the plugin then of course if someone
   tries to link to it directly you’ll get a 404.
