 * Is anyone else having problems with their RSS feed (FeedBurner) not updating 
   when Quick Cache is installed?
 * Trying to figure out a solution…

 * In Quick Cache config you can add:
    feed
 * To the “No-Cache URI Patterns”
 * I just tried Quick Cache on WP 3.4.1 and it doesn’t seem to cache feeds by default,
   at least now.

 * Thanks Korven! Have been looking for a solution. For me, also using WP 3.4.1,
   Quick Cache was definitely Caching the feed which was delaying new posts appearing
   on other websites that rely on the feed. Added “feed” to the “No-Cache URI Patterns”,
   updated my latest post in its edit panel and BAM! It appeared on the feed. (I
   have dynamic cache pruning enabled of course.)
