# [Plugin: Really Simple CAPTCHA] SImple Captcha users have issues

 * Occasionally I get email from a reader who is frustrated because they can’t get
   past the captcha. I think I’ve figured out that once they’ve done something wrong
   the captcha doesn’t clear something to let them go again.
 * Not a programmer. How do I fix this?

 * I use Gravity Forms. I have the plug in working on several different pages.

 * I see. As it is an issue of Gravity Forms’ side, you should contact their support.
