 * When entering an url to redirect to in the Apache module it saves to .htaccess
   with encoded special chars (=+? to the % ones). When I use the link though the
   decoding fails and none of the special characters show in the resulting url.
 * If I replace the link in the .htaccess file directly with the non-encoded url
   it works fine (but the plugin will overwrite once any edits are made).
 * Is there an option where I can tun off encoding for Apache links?
 * Thanks!
