# [Plugin: Register Plus] error on image upload

 * I get the following error on trying to upload an image – how can I rectify this
   please?

 * Had the same error – Just checked Settings–>Miscellaneous
    The “Store uploads
   in this folder” box should only have wp-content/uploads as the value. It worked
   for me.

 * Just to confirm the last two comments in this thread were spot on. One problem
   I had was simply that the /uploads folder did not exist. The second problem was
   the “organize my up…..” was checked. Fixed permissions and directories and Poofy!
   It worked.
