 * I’ve added and deleted several plugins as we develop a new site and I’m noticed
   that some of the options in users to assign roles to those now deleted plugins
   are still present.
 * Is their a WP plugin to super clean your deleted plugins or clean up the code
   they may have left behind.

   it seems that it may be what you are looking for and the Plugin Author seems 
   to offer great support.
 * I have never used this plugin myself but all reviews and support seems to point
   to a great plugin.
