 * This plugin was removed from the WP repositories, pending some sort of review.
   From history, this is almost always the death knell and the plugin never returns.
 * Rather than waste time, why has the plugin been removed and do you legitimately
   intend to get the problem(s) sorted out and the plugin back into the WP plugin
   repository?
