 * Is now on the plugin homepage…
    “This plugin was closed on February 21, 2019
   and is no longer available for download.”
 * What happened? Is the plugin now longer supported or working? Any suggestion
   alternatives?

 * [@dalefoxwiz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dalefoxwiz/) Were you able
   to get any insight? After looking through these threads it look like they have
   some issue with their account and they are referring them to their website [angelleye.com](http://angelleye.com).
 * Lets hope everything seems okay …

 * They’ve been working on it since it was taken off of WP – [https://github.com/angelleye/paypal-woocommerce/commits/release](https://github.com/angelleye/paypal-woocommerce/commits/release)–
   but they should really say what’s going on here. Usually a take down lasts a
   day or so.

 * I wrote to them and it’s no longer being offered on WP:
 * > You might be aware that we have moved our plugins from wp.org to angelleye.
   > com. So to keep getting our future updates please install Angell EYE updater
   > Plugin from here so you never miss an important update.

 * This “angel” got people to use his free plugin then decided to bill us for it.

   I am a paid customer who upgraded as all I need really is the multi-IPN functionality.
   I use GravityForms or WooCommerce otherwise and don’t need his basic plugin at
   all.
 * So now he has the nerve to not give me updates to the ‘free plugin’ which is
   now a paid one. And without it the upgrade plugin won’t function. What a scammer
   thief.
 * He also lies when replying to me saying he offered me a free year of the former-
   free plugin, when all he offered was a 50% discount on it and I have email proof
   of this with his name on it.
 * BEWARE. SCAM ALERT. Bad egg to buy anything from, no one behaves like this.
 * If he wants to sell the free version that’s his right but he should not make
   the upgrade depending on having installed a former free plugin that now also
   costs and costs SEPARATELY and is not even something I’d need or wish to buy.

   Extra 3 plugins are needed instead of 1 little one and he could easily consolidate
   all 3 into the 1 upgraded version and not screw us over like this.
 * Hmmm, seems also WordPress kicked him and his plugin/s out as it says on the
   plugin page: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/paypal-ipn/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/paypal-ipn/)
 * Description
    This plugin was closed on February 21, 2019 and is no longer available
   for download. Reason: Guideline Violation.

 * Hmmm…no, the above statement is not true. They do have some paid plugins but
   this is still free. [https://www.angelleye.com/product/woocommerce-paypal-plugin/](https://www.angelleye.com/product/woocommerce-paypal-plugin/)

 * Again, why was this plugin removed from the repository? Is there a security issue?

 * Yes, he sneakily did that to force us to pay for double upgrades. In my case,
   as I paid for the pro version I found I can no longer update plugins UNLESS I
   PAY HIM FOR WHAT WAS FREE BUT NOW COSTS- AS WELL AS FOR PRO UPGRADE. In order
   to use his paid pro version.
 * After much complaining online he offered me a free update if I give him 5-stars
   and remove my complaints.
 * So instead of succumbing to such demands, I got SonicIPN – a much better multi
   IPN solution and it’s for a 1-off payment.
 * You can use SonicIPN for not only one PayPal account but for multiple ones –
   from a single install, as well as for multiple forwarding IPN rules in case you
   have a membership, gravity forms/woocommerce and maybe sell with certain cart
   systems like ClickBank or others and need multiple things notified to sync per
   each payment.

 * [@myinternetscout](https://wordpress.org/support/users/myinternetscout/) I am
   still using the plugin without any issues and getting updates regularly. I dont
   see any security vulnerabilities at all. So yeah its still the same and good
   to use. If there will be any issues you can send them a message on facebook page
   and they are very swift in their replies

   There is an official GitHub repository for the plugin which is maintained: [https://github.com/angelleye/paypal-woocommerce/](https://github.com/angelleye/paypal-woocommerce/)
 * I asked there why the plugin has been removed, whether it is still maintained
   and if it stays free, You can find the answer there, too: [https://github.com/angelleye/paypal-woocommerce/issues/1374#issuecomment-543854963](https://github.com/angelleye/paypal-woocommerce/issues/1374#issuecomment-543854963)

 * [@strarsis](https://wordpress.org/support/users/strarsis/) thank you for your
   kind notification.
    I made a plunge and use a simple code in 1 file I host on
   a site and it does a wonderful job of this IPN forwarding and supports my multiple
   websites using same PayPal now. One is a Woocommerce site, another has a Gravity
   Forms paypal payment etc. All works like a charm and no need for plugins to bloat
   your site.
 * You can get this code online – [https://codeseekah.com/2012/02/11/how-to-setup-multiple-ipn-receivers-in-paypal/](https://codeseekah.com/2012/02/11/how-to-setup-multiple-ipn-receivers-in-paypal/)
   It was posted in 2012 but works even better than that SonicIPN or ‘Angeleye’
   paypal IPN plugin. And can be used for any type of website.
 * I set a rule like this so per site I have a dedicated email I added and verified
   in my main Paypal account and use per site this email as receiver email [for
   WC PayPal checkout remember to set the default account email you have in your
   PayPal account].
    So with this bit of code – and I am no coder but seems to work
   perfectly and no longer getting emails from PayPal saying my IPNs are failing!
   So with this code here below it basically will direct to the site for the TY
   page or whatever needed depending on the email.
 * You can do many other rules if you can code or get help on some forum on it.
   COdeseekah too busy and costly these days to answer questions so don’t bother.
   But it’s awesome of him to have posted this code.
 * my email mods in his code are for the section ” /* Fingerprints */”:
 * if ( /* SITENICKNAME1 IPN Fingerprint */
    $_POST[‘receiver_email’] == ‘yourpaypalemailforthiswebsite@gmail.
   com’ /* paypal receiver email for this domain */ ) $urls []= $ipns[‘SITENICKNAME1’];/*
   Choose this IPN URL if all conditions have been met */
 *  if ( /* SITENICKNAME2 IPN Fingerprint [sales@yourwebsite2.org](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-removed-from-wp/sales@yourwebsite2.org?output_format=md)*/

   $_POST[‘receiver_email’] == ‘sales@yourwebsite2.org’ /* paypal receiver email
   for this domain */ ) $urls []= $ipns[‘SITENICKNAME2’]; /* Choose this IPN URL
   if all conditions have been met */
 *  if ( /* SITENICKNAME3 IPN Fingerprint [PayPal@yourwebsite3.ninja](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-removed-from-wp/PayPal@yourwebsite3.ninja?output_format=md)*/

   $_POST[‘receiver_email’] == ‘PayPal@yourwebsite3.ninja’ /* paypal receiver email
   for this domain */ ) $urls []= $ipns[‘SITENICKNAME3’]; /* Choose this IPN URL
   if all conditions have been met */
 *  /* … */
 * and of course, you should replace “SITENICKNAME” with some identifier of your
   choice for your website URL names. n be whatever – uppercase, lowercase, numeric.

   This is set in the section initially in the code in
 * /* List of IPN listener points */
    $ipns = array( ‘SITENICKNAME1’ => ‘[https://yourwebsite1.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal&#8217](https://yourwebsite1.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal&#8217);,‘
   SITENICKNAME2’ => ‘[https://yourwebsite2.org/D7Gh293SaM670L11.html&#8217](https://yourwebsite2.org/D7Gh293SaM670L11.html&#8217);,‘
   SITENICKNAME3’ => ‘[https://yourwebsite3.ninja/?page=gf_paypal_ipn&#8217](https://yourwebsite3.ninja/?page=gf_paypal_ipn&#8217););
 * As you see – real simple when you use emails. If you need complex rules and to
   redirect to multiple endpoints/services after a sale use the more complex rules
   for that.
