# Plugin renew payment issue

 * Hi,
 * I want to renew my annual licence. But, when I want to pay the bill (card or 
   paypal are similar) the form will be blured gray, the button label will be “Processig
   paymant” and that’s it.
 * Please write me, what can I doing?

 * So, my licence has expired. If I could buy again, I would pay more then the renew.
   So, what do you think, is it a correct process?
