Posts 2 Posts exactly do what i need. The problem is that this plugin is not updated anymore.
I manage a directory site using CPT like shops, specials and events and i need to link specials -> shops ou events -> shops.

It’s under construction but not so far from the final result.
The special-offer (cpt) is linked to the restaurant(cpt) using Posts2Posts. Specials are only displayed if “active”.
In september i will work with a young developper and i really consider to keep this fantastic and useful plugin update.
