 * Hello,
   How many requests does the plugin create when active on every page? I’m
   trying to figure out which are from the plugin in the Network tab when inspecting
   a a page but I have a hard time.

 * So, with the public side of things, our plugin needs two small files – one CSS(
   14 KB) and one JS (2 KB). In the PRO version, Ajax requests kick in only when
   the Progress Bar is outside the auto-refresh zones of Cart/Checkout. In these
   cases, any changes to the cart or checkout triggering free shipping calculations
   prompt the ajax request.
 * But, in the free version, no ajax requests happen. The Progress Bar simply keeps
   up with the cart/checkout changes on the fly.
