 * It doesn’t matter what size I put as the break point, the menu constantly shows
   and in addition to my regular wordpress menu. For example I put a small enough
   screen size for mobile, i.e. 320px and i’m at over 1200px and the menu shows.

 * I have the same problem at [http://www.baylorrugby.org](http://www.baylorrugby.org)
   on a Genesis theme.

 * Hi teamduce,
 * It seems that your theme is not using the standard structure for the menu wrapper
   so the Responsive Select class can’t be applied (which is used to hide the nav).
   Or else a filter is removing the wrapping class (.responsiveSelectContainer).

 * Yes I have the same issue. It seems the breakpoint setting is not being saved
   or updated. This is confirmed after changing it and then viewing page source –
   the setting is still 960px.
 * I don’t have a demo as it’s on a local machine – but an update would be appreciated.
 * Thanks!

 * Any fix for this, I have the same problem using the clear line theme, I can’t
   display the actual sight as it is offline while being built, but I have installed
   the plugin on another site (also clear line), to show the issue.

 * I don’t know much about CSS, so an easy fix would be great 🙂
 * Thanks mate

 * Same on this site: [http://www.gym-lehrte.de/](http://www.gym-lehrte.de/)
 * I set the max width to 768px but regardless the actual browser size, responsive-
   select-menu appears in addition to the normal menu.
    As my theme is a responsive
   one (Canvas), I see both menus on mobiles too.
 * I like the plugin and do consider buying ubermenu but as I work alot with Canvas,
   I need a fix. Is there any update?
 * Thanks

 * Hi guys,
 * You need to make sure your theme’s wp_nav_menu call sets the ‘container’ parameter
   to ‘div’ or ‘nav’ – if it sets it to false, the responsive select menu styles
   won’t be applied.
 * Responsive Select Menu doesn’t automatically change this container, as it could
   potentially alter/break your existing menu depending on how it is designed.
 * Best,
 * Chris

 * Thanks Chris!
 * I´m not that much into php to exactly know how to make use of your advice but
   I fixed the problem with my responsive theme so I don´t need Responsive Select
   Menu on this site.

 * [@ralph](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ralph/) glad to hear you’ve found
   a solution regardless! 🙂 The latest version has added better compatibility for
   this issue, so hopefully it should resolve problems with those types of themes.
 * [@monzu](https://wordpress.org/support/users/monzu/) What a nasty thing to say.
   Your rudeness and ingratitude are astounding. We plugin authors spend our valuable
   time to contribute great **free** plugins to the community. If something doesn’t
   work, we offer our time to help those out who ask politely and respectfully.
   This community is built on mutual respect and cooperation. Unfortunately, your
   general lack of civility seems to indicate you don’t belong here.

 * Love your plugin… have used it successfully on a previous site.
 * I’m working on a new site now, and am trying to use your plugin again, however
   now, the links are not linking off to their respective pages. Any idea why that
   would be?
 * Here’s the site:
    [http://brianlueck.com/brew/](http://brianlueck.com/brew/)
 * When I scale down my Chrome browser window, and even my Safari browser window,
   the select menu appears, but none of the options actually link to their pages.
   Also, when viewing on an iPad or iPhone, same results – menu is visible, however
   none of the buttons are linking.
 * Look forward to hearing from you.

 * I’m using the latest version of Todd Motto’s HTML5 Blank theme… I noticed that
   in the site that I’m having trouble that there is a new js folder that has a
   few extra .js files, particularly one called “Conditionizr”.
 * When I replace the latest version of this theme’s js folder with the previous
   version’s js folder, your plugin works like normal.

 * [@blueck8181](https://wordpress.org/support/users/blueck8181/)
 * You’ve got a javascript error in your scripts.js regarding “conditionizr” not
   existing. Having a JS error will prevent the responsive select menu’s javascript
   from running, which means selecting an item from the select menu won’t result
   in the link being followed (as that is triggered by javascript).
 * Hope that helps! 🙂

 * Sorry, that post came through late (hadn’t seen your second post yet).
 * The javascript issue is unrelated to RSM, however. Resolving it will allow RSM
   to function properly 🙂

 * Ahh, got it! Thank you for the info… that makes total sense.
 * Great plugin, once again!
