 * Hey, I made this plugin to spit out a form and I’m going to eventually store 
   the info into a database, but I’m getting errors with the form. I basically copied
   wp-contactform. It’s returning the errors fine, but when all the fields are submitted
   and checked, wordpress brings me to the 404 error page.
